Flip is one of the latest games included in the iPhone/iPod Touch, which showcases the uniqueness of the device. The game comes in three distinct modes: standard, puzzle and speed.
The standard mode of the game is similar to other games like Bejeweled and Columns. You have to collect the gems by matching their colors in vertical, horizontal pattern or with a combination of both. But, in Flip, you can rotate the iPhone in any direction or use its touchscreen for creating a WARP to drop gems instantly and accurately.
The game is logical, intuitive and takes full advantage of the motion sensors and touch screen. It has local and global scores for all the three modes, about 200 brain busting puzzles, speed modes and a replay value in the standard mode.
You will be taken through series of puzzles called think-puzzles in the puzzle mode of FLIP. In the speed mode, players can enjoy series of fast paced puzzles, match gems of same color vertically, horizontally or in combination. The puzzle becomes difficult as you proceed further in both these modes.
It is impossible to enjoy the three modes on platform other than iPhone or iPod. You can also listen to music while playing the game. The FLIP is available at all the Apple app. Stores.
