Ever evolving technology had so far, surprisingly, failed to transform education sector in India but that, is now a thing of past with the launch Classpad Education Tablet. Classteacher Learning Systems, developed of this tablet, is a decade old leading Delhi-based education company providing consultancy and innovative learning solution.
Classpad Education Tablet, is designed to provide a more interactive, fun, engaging and personalised way of learning for student. Rohit Pande, an IIT Delhi and IIM Kolkatta alumni as well as the CEO of the company behind the tablet, believes that this device will test students on creativity, learning capabilities and problem solving skills thus helping teachers to categorise them as fast, average or slow learners. As students can download the lectures, less time would be wasted on writing notes, and with syllabus covered on time, teachers can concentrate more on weak students. Thus giving a more personalised education to each student, going by their intellectual level. This tablet will also allow teachers to conduct tests and quizzes without any hassle. Technically, this tablet operates on a 1.3 GHz processor and is backed up by approx 7 hours of battery life, with an inbuilt memory of 4GB, it can easily be expanded to 8GB.
Currently available under two options namely,Trolley Model and One Tablet Per Child (OTPC) Model, these tablet range from INR 7,500 to INR 14,000. Trolley Model promotes sharing of a single tablet across multiple students, with each paying a small sum for the usage of tablet. Whereas OTPC tablet is available for sole purchase. Classpad Education Tablets is a new and exciting way of learning and teaching.
