Largest private sector bank in Indian circuit, ICICI has finally made a much belated foray into social media. An extension of ICICI’s famous “Khayaal Aapka” philosophy, this initiative marks a brand new chapter in ICICI’s continual effort to provide superior services to its customers.
Facebook Fan page for ICICI went live on 5th January, allowing customers to access various information such as daily updates and various services like exclusive offers, customer care, etc. Most unique of these services is believed to be ‘Your Bank Account’ that will allows ICICI customers to access personal bank details through their Facebook account.
According to Rajiv Sabharwal,Director of ICICI, “The ICICI Bank page (on the social media website) will include a one-of-its kind ‘Your Bank Account’ app through which you can access your bank account information while on Facebook.”
The popularity of ICICI fan page has been viral, with in 3 days of launch it was said to have acquired eight thousand fans already with thousand more expected to join soon. Click on ‘Your Bank Account‘ to view the unique Your Bank Account app page.
