iPhone 3G “yellowsn0w” Finally Unlocked By Dev-Team!

Wait is over! Members of the Dev team who finally came up with the launch of the “yellowsn0w” iPhone 3G software! The unlocking process was going on for quiet some time. To use “yellowsn0w” users will need a jailbroken iPhone with baseband firmware 2.11.07 or earlier. And best of all, it will be free as usual.

The team says :”We’re aiming to do the live demo in about 12 hours, or 3PM EST/9PM CET. The actual URL will be tweeted via MuscleNerd’s twitter account just as it starts.”

According to various speculations and after watching the video, it is confirmed that the process is a little more technical, as far as a normal user is concerned. Keeping all these things in mind, the team is planning on developing a simpler version.

It seems that Dev team is on a roll these days. First an “unlock solution” for the iphone and now this software! What’s next?
