Motorola has introduced yet another fashion statement with the launch of MOTOJEWEL. This handset is specifically made for customers, for whom mobile is a big fashion statement in addition of being a handy device. The MOTOJEWEL will be available for a limited period only from November 2008. The cost of Motorola MotoJewel remains a mystery for the meantime.
According to the official announcement, “The alluring, jewel-like design in sophisticated Midnight Quartz and the dazzling purple keypad inside can’t help but draw admiring glances. It’s a phone so sassy that users will wish they could wear it! Ensuring a perfect finish to any outfit, the MOTOJEWEL comes complete with a must-have mini clutch designed to hold all the essentials for the perfect girls’ night out: a MOTOJEWEL, credit card and lipstick. Gorgeous, compact and light weight, the curvaceous MOTOJEWEL is designed to nestle perfectly in users’ hands. Its metallic, lustre finish comes to life with animated screen savers that appear to “float” across the borderless, external display, which is not just for show. The display’s touch-sensitive, digital keys let consumers control the music player from the outside.”
Some of the salient features of the MotoJewel are:
- One-touch access to the library and pauses music as calls come through.
- Microsoft Windows Media® Player 11 with simple syncing and automatic recognition of the device.
- 2.0 megapixel with 8x zoom camera.
- CrystalTalk™ technology for better call clarity.
- MMS, SMS, WVIM and Push Email.
