Sony Ericsson Launches 5 New Phones for Casual Users, Photography Enthusiasts & Gaming Addicts!

Sony Ericsson has launched a range of mobile phones that include 2 camera phones, two entry level phones phones and one gaming phone. Let us take a good look at these phones:

Sony Ericsson C905

The Sony Ericsson C905 is one of the first Cyber-Shot in the slider series and it has an astonishing 8.1 Mega-pixel Camera. With the camera C905 is also equipped with Xenon flash face detection auto-focus, smart contrast and image stabilizer. The phone features a 2.4-inch scratch-resistant mineral glass display and comes with a 2GB Memory Stick Micro and USB adapter (CCR-70) to allow for easy transfer of photos to-and-from a PC. C950 is also equipped with GPS for geo-tagging of photos and navigation support. Sony Ericsson C950 will be available in Night Black, Ice Silver and Copper Gold.

This phone will be available in selected markets from Q4 2008.

The Sony Ericsson S302 comes with a high gloss finish, a 2.0 megapixel camera and photo functions to help get the right shots. It also has video recording and playback capabilities. The S302 has 20 MB of internal memory and Memory Stick Micro support. The Sony Ericsson S302 will be available in Crystal Blue and Thunder Grey. This phone will be available in selected markets from Q4 2008.

The Sony Ericsson J132 is an old school talk & text phone with FM radio and stereo hands free kit. This phone has a 4MB memory and features a 1.5-inch screen with one-click shortcuts and an easy-to-use navigation key. One of the most interesting features of the J132 the dual-resistant keypad. It also has additional functionalities such as a radio alarm clock, a torch and allows up to 9 hours of talk-time.

The J132 will be available in Night Black and Heaven Blue in selected markets from Q4 2008.

The Sony Ericsson K33 is a Bluetooth enabled casual phone, that enable users to share video and photos, via Bluetooth. The phone offers FM radio listening via speaker-phone or stereo headset. You can store upto 1000 contacts and 450 text messages in the phone’s built in memory. It has a VGA camera, a 1.7-inch display,and torch function. The K330 will be available in Gold on Black and Green on Black, in select markets from Q3 2008.

the Sony Ericsson F305 is a gaming phone that functions quite like the Nintendo Wii. It allows users control gaming action with a swing or a swipe of the phone. It uses advanced motion sensing technology that follow your actions, for example, to imitate bowling or casting a fishing line. Sony Ericsson is also offering the Power Pack CPP-100 for extended game play. This means that if the phone battery drains out after making use of the up to 8 hours of game play that the company claims; users can plug the Power Pack CPP-100 into the phone to receive an instant battery power boost. The F305 comes with a 2-inches 176 x 220 TFT screen, 2 mega pixels camera, stereo speakers, expandable memory, Bluetooth, and support for Quad-Band EDGE. It weighs around 97.5 grams and measures about 96 x 47 x 14.6 mm. The F305 with Motion Gaming will be available in Polar White and Mystic Black in select markets from Q3 2008.
