One of the leading companies of electronics in the world, Bose has introduced the two marvelous devices in the form of the QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones.
Sean Garrett, general manager of the Bose Noise Reduction Technology Group, has said “We’ve applied our research in noise reduction using an integrated systems approach – an approach as proprietary as our technologies. It requires meticulous engineering to ensure all elements of the headphone work together to achieve our very ambitious performance requirements.”
The QuietComfort 15 headphones ensure the users more sophisticated electronic approach to noise reduction by placing microphones both inside and outside the earcups. These devices can better sense the sound in almost every environment and reduce the noise.
These headphones come with new proprietary ear cushion technology that features mechanical design and uses materials for specific acoustic properties to block more noise from entering the earcups. They sport Bose TriPort acoustic headphone structure that enhances the low-frequency output of the system. Further, there is a proprietary active equalization technology that is meant to tune the frequency response of the headphones frequency and thus promise the accurate sound.
What powers the QuietComfort 15 headphones the most is the single AAA battery that lasts for about 35 hours. The green on/ off indicator light flashes when only five hours of battery life remains. The earcups of these devices are soft and can rotate to a flat resting position and fit well into the carrying case.
The new QuietComfort 15 headphones have replaced the QuietComfort 2 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones in terms of new features and benefits. They will be available to the users in the month end of August this year from various retailers.
