On Tuesday, Google launched yet another version of chrome web browser. The new browser is an updated version of the previously released chrome web browser. The beta version of chrome web browser promises faster performance for online users along with a few new features, such as basic autofill, autoscroll support and a new way to drag tabs within the browser window.
The current advancement in the version is considered to be an effort by Google Inc to get a firm place in a market dominated by Microsoft Corp. Till last month, Google was positioned at No.4 with 1.2% share in the browser market, Mozilla Firefox had a 22% share and Apple Safari had an 8% share. Microsoft still dominates the market with a 67.4% share
The new Chrome version is expected to load certain webpages much faster and offer new features to the programmers. All these features have been clubbed together in the new beta version of chrome.
