iBall has come up with a new tablet Slide 3G-7303. There have been no changes done to the exterior design of the tablet and it resembles the same old look like its previous versions. The company opted for Android 2.3 Gingerbread over the much hyped latest Android – Ice Cream Sandwich. Early this month, iBall launched the Gingerbread-enabled Slide i7218 which was expected to come up with Android – Ice Cream Sandwich as an updated version later but there is no news so far. It still remains a question of doubt that what really stops the manufacturers from opting for Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
iBall Launched Slide 3G-7303 at a Price of Rs.15,499!
Unlike its previous versions which just supported 3G dongle, Slide 3G-7303 is built-in 3G capability and features Bluetooth. The tablet sports a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 800 x 480 and can play 1080p High Definition videos. It is powered by 1GHz processor and supports 8 GB storage which can be further extended to 32 GB. It is built in high speed HSPA and its 3g supports upload download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and download upload speeds up to 5.76 Mpbs.
It can be used as a Hybrid Tablet as it functions as a tablet and a mobile, it supports SIM card and can be used to send texts and voice calls. It comes with a front and a rear camera and USB and HDMI port. It is provided with dual stereo speakers and have 4400 mAh battery for longer use.
Internet connectivity can be accessed through Wi-Fi. The device is preloaded with social apps like Facebook and also Skype.
IBall Slide 3G-7303 is priced at an MRP of Rs.16,499, while the best buy price ranges from Rs.15,499 to Rs.15,990.
