Lenovo has launched an entirely new “e” netbook series for students! It’s called IdeaPad S10e.
“Following the popularity of our recently introduced consumer netbooks, we are expanding our IdeaPad netbook line with models customized to the unique needs of students, teachers and education customers,” said Scott DiValerio, president, Americas, and senior vice president, Lenovo.
“With technology choices including solid state drive storage, Windows or Linux operating systems and flexible warranties, we’re enabling our customers to use Lenovo netbooks in a variety of settings, from instruction in the classroom to wherever they study, collaborate and learn,” he further added.
The netbook is equipped with a basic functionality for word processing and light multimedia capabilities. Other features include a 10.1 inch display offered by the in-built cameras that makes sharing video messaging quite a simple procedure!
In addition to that, the feature of quick start would allow the students to check mails, browse the web, conduct video conferencing, listen their favorite tunes and view photographs without fully booting the operating system!

- Intel Atom processor.
